Join us for a thought-provoking session where we will be discussing how employers can put cultural intelligence into action and foster an environment of inclusion for all.
We will be hearing from diverse voices, sharing personal experiences and insights on thriving in a multicultural workplace. We will explore the joys but also the potential emotional labour involved embracing your culture in an environment where the majority culture is different from your own.
This panel event is hosted by Ruth-Anne Eghan, Inclusion and Diversity Consultant
Within the last five years Ruth-Anne has developed and delivered I&D training on cultural awareness and inclusion and diversity strategy within recruitment. During this time, she has completed an MA in Human Resources Management with Keele University, as well as gaining an Associate Membership with the CIPD. Find out more about Ruth.

Camilla looks after DEI, Employee Engagement and Well-being across the UK for PMI. Her team partners with the business to enhance diversity, embed equitable and inclusive practices across all areas, and increase cultural competency. She strives to balance an evidence-based, data-driven approach with employee feedback and the ‘power of the personal’ to ensure a top-down as well as a bottom-up approach that keeps employees informed, included, and inspired.
Jorge Andres Loyola Castro, Trade Manager, ProChile UK
Jorge is a professional with more than seven years of experience on working with multicultural teams to support Trade & Investment projects from/to Latin America. Social scientist by formation, with previous studies in Economics, Business administration and Sociology. Tech, innovation and cultural enthusiast.
Lucy May, Head of DEI Culture, Cundall
Lucy is Head of DEI and Culture at independent, multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy, Cundall. Joining the leadership team last year, she is responsible for developing and delivering Cundall’s global DEI and culture strategy as they continue their ambitious global expansion programme.
