About the Event

There has never been a greater need for fundraisers to get together and share knowledge and experience.

In our upcoming Meet the Expert event, Get Grants will be joined by Emma Aldridge, Charity Network Manager from the charity In Kind Direct.

The cost of living crisis means delivering your services is ever more expensive. Whilst Income Generation is important, reducing costs without reducing impact is also imperative for successful charities and not-for-profit organisations.

In Kind Direct redistributes consumer products donated at scale by companies, including personal hygiene items, household cleaning and laundry items, toys, tech, clothing, and baby essentials through charities and not-for-profit organisations like yours for a fraction of the retail price.

This Meet the Expert event will cover:

• An overview of how In Kind Direct connects charities and not-for-profit organisations with manufacturers and retailers to help people keep clean, warm, and well

• How In Kind Direct can save you money, so more of your funds can be focused on support and services.

• How a partnership with In Kind Direct can support funding bids and funder reports in demonstrating ‘value for money’.

• Examples of demonstrating your impact, drawing on learnings from In Kind Direct on the social value of giving people access to the products they need.
