By the end of the training, you'll:
understand the legal position of volunteers and the implications of working volunteers
explore every aspect of the volunteer journey, including planning, recruitment, induction, support, and development
identify key issues for your organisation to be aware of, and actions to take to reduce risk
consider how to use legislation to develop and communicate an inclusive approach.
