I wanted to ask for some advice on legacy fundraising. We currently not doing any, but as a minimum we would like to include a section on our website. Is there anything we should be aware of before going ahead with this?

You would hear from the Executors of the Will, often via a solicitor. There's lots of information on the CIOF website at https://ciof.org.uk/events-and-training/resources/legacies along with guidance, and helpful information on the Remember a Charity website too (www.rememberacharity.org.uk/about-us/for-charities). Remember a Charity aims to encourage more people to leave a gift in their Will to charity - for their members and the sector as a whole.
