SWALLOW, a charity providing user-led support for teenagers and adults with learning disabilities.

SWALLOW responds to individual needs by providing flexible support to its members.  SWALLOW is based in Bath and North East Somerset and aims to enable teenagers and adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as they wish.

All our services are influenced by what are members tell us they need and want to achieve. That could be support in the community, learn skills required to live independently or training for employment. Everything we do focuses on helping the people we support live life to the fullest through user-led support.

We believe that working together makes us stronger. We recognise the ever changing Social Care environment has to work harder and more collaboratively than ever to sustain itself. We constantly look at new ways of delivering support, and developing our workforce, so we can ensure that we offer the best possible service.

We are in search of potential partners who want to explore collaborative working opportunities, share experiences and expertise so we can continue to promote inclusion within our society.
