SWALLOW Charity currently supports over 170 local people with learning disabilities to live life to the full. SWALLOW’s members are at the heart of the organisation and it has developed successfully over the years based on what members say they need and want to achieve. Support is provided through supported living services, one-to- one outreach in the community, independent living skills training, enriching courses

and day activities, work skills training and paid employment opportunities, plus a range of sports, leisure and social activities.

We believe that working together makes us stronger. We recognise that with the ever-changing social care environment charities have to work harder and more collaboratively than ever to be sustainable. We constantly look at new ways of delivering support, and developing our workforce, so we can ensure that we offer the best possible services.
