James Carlin is the full time paid Director of 3SG and was part of the initial Core Group that founded the organisation back in 2016.
He has 15 years experience in the 3rd sector having working in various marketing, data, fundraising and press roles for national charities such as UNICEF, ODI and CPRE.

James is a longterm Bath City FC fan and in his spare time can be found at Twerton Park enthusiastically cheering on the stripes!
