Bite size training for food businesses

In line with the Governments advice regarding the roadmap out of lockdown, the Public Protection team have put together a useful and informative bitesize training video. The video covers topics such as Covid procedures, food hygiene and food allergy information. The video can be watched by managers and staff and can be used as a useful training tool to help businesses get ready to safely open on the 12th April.
