BSW Together Integrated Care Strategy Published

The BSW Together Integrated Care Strategy has now been published. It sets the vision for integrated care over the next five years and has three objectives:

* Focus on prevention and early intervention

* Fairer health and wellbeing outcomes

* Excellent health and care services

Comments are welcome through a form on the link above as the intention is for the strategy to continue to evolve over the coming years and will serve as a tool for further engagement with partners and communities.

The Implementation Plan for the strategy will be the next step and those leading will be engaging with partners across the system.
