Dormant Assets Fund Consultation - Opportunity to Have Your Say

The public consultation on the English portion of dormant assets funding has officially commenced. This will determine how nearly £740m worth of new money for good causes is to be spent.

The National Association for Voluntary and Community Action (NAVCA)* is making a submission to the consultation on the Dormant Assets Fund – on how money from this fund should be used in the future.

The consultation is seeking views on continuing existing streams: youth, financial inclusion and social investment wholesalers; the inclusion of community wealth funds as new stream [that would provide long-term endowment funding for social infrastructure]; and new streams that could be funded.

Please contact jill.hopkinson@navca.org.uk if you would like to share your views.

*NAVCA is a national membership body specifically for local sector support and development organisations such as 3SG (also known as local infrastructure) in England.
