Free 6-month training programme to support charities utilise eBay

Charity Connect is a free, six-month training programme to support charities either already on eBay for Charity, or new, to improve their online fundraising and boost unrestricted funding through selling on the eBay marketplace

Charity Connect launched in response to the first lockdown last year, when charity shops were forced to close their doors. In 2020 they empowered over 11,000 charities to raise £31 million through eBay for Charity, with £27m raised directly from charities selling on the platform.

Starting in September 2021, participating charities will receive tailored training through virtual 1:1 and group support, webinars, dedicated customer service, e-learning materials and promotional support.

Applications are now open for their newest cohort of charities.
