Planning for Bath Carnival 2023 is currently in full swing, and this years' celebrations will mark the Carnival's 10 year anniversary!

As part of the day, in collaboration with Shop Local Bath (website launching soon), Bath Carnival are inviting charities to join them at Bath Recreation Ground.

Local charities are able to secure a pitch at the Carnival, at no charge, and are permitted to take donations at their stall and sell items. This year's Carnival is set to take place on Saturday 8th July 2023, from 10:30am.

This is a fabulous opportunity to get involved with one of Bath's most glorious celebrations, whilst raising awareness and funds for your charity.

As in previous years, a full day of carnival fun is being organised across three sites;

  1. A line-up of great bands, food, drink, retail and community activities for all the family in Sydney Gardens

  2. Workshops and backstage fun at Bath Recreation Ground where 1200 performers prepare to entertain the crowded streets

  3. An incredible 2 hour procession through the city
