Free wellbeing creative sessions for carers and the cared for

The Free Creative opportunities in the attached brochure is an invitation to anyone caring for others or who are cared for to benefit from some wellbeing creative sessions. This includes those in Care Homes - staff and residents - and the wider community.

On offer is over 170 inspiring, uplifting and energising support sessions, activities and resources, running from January - March 2022.
