What Are The Benefits of an Integrated Care Record?
Sarah and Emma tell us about the benefits of using ICR in the Care Coordination Centre and the Compassionate Community Hub in BaNES.
Because colleagues can access information from services outside of their own, it helps them provide people with the support they need. It’s useful for colleagues, currently working from home, who are receiving and processing referral and having access to hospital records is helping the Health Access team better understand the needs of the patients referred to them.
