Local organic growers collaborate to grow fresh organic food for community

Updated: Oct 25, 2021

A group of 4 young farmers have collectively purchased 15.5 acres of land to start a farm for community and ecology. Building on their existing veg box scheme through Middle Ground Growers (middlegroundgrowers.com), they aim to upscale their operation to provide over 200 families with fresh produce whilst supplying more local restaurants and shops - joining the shift towards a localised food system for Bath.

They are now calling on the community to help fund a truly inspiring model for regenerative farming and community supported agriculture. A crowdfunder launched on 23rd October: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/ecological-farm-for-bath
