Update from The National Lottery Community Fund and partnership opportunities

The National Lottery Community Fund recently announced their vision for funding in England to align with their 2030 strategy. The announcement included their plans to change their criteria for the Reaching Communities Programme, as well as 3 England-wide partnership opportunities.
