On 4th March, Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group held a webinar called “Opening Doors: a conversation about the COVID-19 vaccine” for people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities to ask questions about the COVID-19 vaccine and the vaccine rollout. The event was a huge success, with a large number of attendees putting a diverse array of questions to the panel.

On 9th March, Bath and North East Somerset Council hosted an online discussion for residents who have been asked to shield to discover what support is available to them. The session featured a local GP, partners from the Community Wellbeing Hub and a resident who has been shielding since the start of the pandemic. The Community Wellbeing Hub is a collaboration of agencies across Bath and North East Somerset and was set up to support people during the Covid-19 pandemic.
