About the Event
Join 3SG and other organisations working with older people to help shape the future of Ageing Well across Bath & North East Somerset.
This will be a hybrid meeting, with the option to join us at the St John's Foundation boardroom, 4-5 Chapel Court, BA1 1SQ, or via Zoom. For those wishing to join remotely, the Zoom link will be included in the confirmation and reminder emails.
In this session we will hear an update on the Ageing Well programme, a discussion on community transport from both regional and local perspectives with WECA and B&NES Council, and hear from ReMind UK on a dementia strategy for B&NES.
There will also be an opportunity for attendees to network, share news from their respective organisations, and suggestions for 2025's meetings.
