The BSW Integrated Care System is taking the opportunity to review services, including the Bereavement services, leading up to the re-tendering dates in 2024. Voices from the VCSE sector are encouraged with a view to refreshing the thinking on what is needed going forward.

This is the first online workshop in a series of 6 bundle workshops focusing on the Living and Ageing Well and Dying Well service across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire.

The BSW Integrated Care System is currently reviewing a large range of Community Based Health care services that are all coming up for re-tender during 2024.
BSW is committed to delivering integrated care services in line with the Care Model that has been developed which is driven by the need to take a ‘strengths based’ approach and to deliver care services that are personalised around the specific needs of the individual and their families.
