About the Event

Charitable AI.  Practically where do I start and what do I do after that?

This session will build on the previous session from the 14th December.  James Crawford of Touchpoint Change Consulting has collated your questions that we didn’t have time to fully address and will talk to them:

 • Quick summary of the original presentation – to get you in the mood and frame the questions!

 • Features, usage, availability – how do the common AI tools compare, which tool for which job and what is coming later in 2024?

• Prompting, accuracy, relevance of answers – how do I get the most out of ChatGPT, Google Bard and other AI Chatbots?

 • Colleague engagement – encouraging staff and volunteers to use it where appropriate, with a positive mindset.

• Data protection, privacy, copyright, regulation – what are the sensible steps to protect our data and privacy?

 • AI projects, learning, development – where could we start and what are the best sources of learning?

For those that missed Part One and would like to benefit from Part Two – please see the recording on Cranfield Trust's on-demand webinar channel.
