About the Event

Joe Saxton, consultant, trustee and Chair of Association of Chairs, will talk through the benefits of having a strategy, how to go about it, and what is in a strategy. He will talk through the results of a survey from earlier this year on strategy in charities and what people in the sector thought about the process. The session promises to be full of information and insight, with some simple ideas to take away. He will also update on the process that Association of Chairs is going through for its own strategy and set out the big questions are we asking about where we want to be in 3 years’ time. This event is free to AoC members. Do join us to hear from Joe and ask your questions.

The session will be held over the online platform, Zoom, in the meeting format enabling you to see the speakers and others joining the session face to face.  There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the session and there will be additional time for questions and discussion at the end.

Event tickets are free for Association of Chairs members and £20 for non-members.
