About the Event

No charity has it easy right now, least of all the charities within the cultural sphere.

We're not here to tell you that it's easy to work with cut funding amongst other issues, but by working with members in our Arts Sector and Museum Special Interest Groups, we have devised an agenda for our Cultural Conference which will help you to take practical steps to make the most of the resources available.

The Cultural Conference will provide:

Advice on how to make the recruitment process work for them, and retain employees

  • - This is supported with a case study by Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment Support on how to get the best from Gift Aid and tax reliefs
  • A practical guide on how to make a tax relief claim
  • Plenty of time for Q&As and peer-to-peer discussions

This event is proudly sponsored by Haymacintyre.

When and where?

9:30am - 12:30pm, online via Zoom.

Joining instructions will be sent out the week prior to the event.

Who is this event for?

This event is open to all CFG members, but has content specifically tailored for charities within the arts, museums, theatres, heritage and/or cultural spheres.

If the content sounds like it matches the needs of your charities, then it may be worth visiting our Special Interest Groups page, as the ARTSIG (Arts Sector Special Interest Group) or AIMSIG (Association of Independent Museums Special Interest Groups) may be of relevance.

Free for charities who are members of CFG. £25 for non-member charities.

Full details, including speakers and pricing, can be found here.
