Digital Inclusion Workshop

Following initial discussions at the ICB Digital Board in December 2022, a workshop has been set up to explore how we work towards the NHS priority for reducing health inequalities 2: Mitigate against digital exclusion. As part of this we will be looking specifically at:

• What measures are in place to increase digital access and digital literacy for the most disadvantaged or vulnerable groups?

• What system digital inclusion plans are in place?

• Are the plans based on data collection and analysis to identify who is accessing face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations, broken down by relevant protected characteristics and inclusion health groups?
