About the Event

Charitable AI.  Practically where do I start and what do I do after that?  This session builds on our previous presentations.  In today's rapidly evolving landscape, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force, revolutionising organisations and redefining the way we approach society’s challenges.

Over time, charities stand to reap significant benefits from its implementation.  Our session focuses on the practical use of Artificial Intelligence and how we can all realise those benefits in the right way.

There are many free tools out there that can save time, relieve pressure and help you expand what you’re doing with limited resources.  You will come away with ideas on where to use AI, some tools to try, some concrete examples and a vision as to where all this is heading.  Join us to explore the topic.  Bring along your questions, hopes and concerns!

James Crawford is an experienced Business Director and Change Catalyst.  He works with not-for-profit and commercial organisations to explore the practical impact of AI, asking what it can do and what it can do for you.  His career has spanned change strategy, change delivery and continuous improvement, having served on leadership teams in social housing, local government, utilities, telecoms and professional services.

Ketan Varia has over 25 years of delivering change projects. He is focused on leading strategy and improvement teams within an operational context.   He is the trustee for not-for-profit organisation Mediation Hertfordshire and has been a trustee of charities in his past. His clients include Blind Veterans UK, several NHS Trust and community charities.  Ketan is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation.
