About the Event
Gain insight from a range of experienced speakers, including presentations from the charity regulator and specialists, as they share the insight, focusing on the practical issues facing modern faith charities, such as navigating legal requirements and governance challenges. Talk with other trustees, volunteers and leaders about the challenges of running a faith charity, to share experiences and meet new contacts.
Join hosts, the Burton Sweet Charities Team and Woodlands Church Family, so they can support you in being an excellent trustee, volunteer, or senior leader of a faith charity. The Faith Charities in Focus event is being run to assist you in understanding the legal requirements that apply to all trustees and charitable organisations, as well as the registration process. Our experienced speakers, including presentations from the charity regulator and our specialist accountants, will share information, resources and insights, focusing on the practical issues facing faith charities. The advance registration fee is £5, available until Friday 20th January 2023.
