About the Event

More and more NCVO members tell us they’re interested in implementing flexible working arrangements in their organisations.

Many charities and voluntary organisations have offered hybrid and remote working options since the pandemic. These are often offered to office workers. However, many find it harder to offer flexibility to those in frontline roles.

Flexible working is vital for attracting and retaining the most talented people in our sector. It removes barriers to work and creates inclusive cultures that support staff wellbeing.

At this event, we’ll dispel the myths about flexible working. We’ll share examples of how you can provide a range of flexible working options for everyone.

This event is free.

If you’re an NCVO member, don’t forget to log in before booking onto the event.

If you'd like to take advantage of our membership benefits, learn more about becoming an NCVO member.

Organisations with a gross annual income of less than £30,000 can join NCVO for free.
