Funding Strategy and Diversification

This one-day course will help you understand and analyse your funding situation and teach you how to plan for the future. Using key strategic tools and templates, it will help you consider various sources of funding, including diversification.

By the end of the training, you will have:understood the current operating environment 1. understood how to analyse your funding 2. identified how and where you might diversify your funding 3. understood the key components of a funding strategy and the steps needed to develop one.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? This course is aimed at people responsible for funding in small and medium-sized charities.It is best suited to those who have responsibility for developing a funding strategy and those seeking to diversify their income.

WHO DELIVERS THE TRAINING? Sanita Guddu is a consultant at NCVO with almost 20 years experience as a fundraiser in the voluntary sector.Sanita has worked in, and with, organisations to help them become more effective and sustainable through a combination of support services covering funding strategy, income generation and legacy giving.

HOW WILL IT BE DELIVERED? This training will take place on Zoom. We will send out the Zoom link with the joining instructions before the session.The training will run from 10.00 until 15.00 short breaks and a longer lunch break

Prices start at £63 for NCVO member organisations with an annual turnover of up to £50,000. Organisations with an annual turnover of under £30,000 can join NCVO as a member for free.
