About the Event

Fundraising is a fun and rewarding profession but can also be really tough, especially in a difficult economic environment as we are experiencing right now.

The current inflation rates and cost-of-living crisis are putting a strain on charitable services while at the same time making it more difficult for charities to raise funds. Adapting quickly and thinking creatively will be crucial for fundraisers to weather this difficult climate.

So, what are the best strategies and tactics for fundraisers to mitigate the impact of the cost-of-giving crisis? This will be a key question we’re seeking to answer at this year’s conference. But beyond that, the programme will give you the opportunity to update your skills and knowledge on a wide range of fundraising topics, from legacy fundraising and changing donor loyalties to starting out on TikTok.

Who should attend?

Whether you are a seasoned professional looking to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in fundraising, or a newcomer to the field looking to learn the basics, we have something for everyone:

  • Fundraising 101 breakout sessions specifically for those new to fundraising
  • Panel discussions and expert debates on topical issues such as ethical fundraising, changing donor loyalty and the cost-of-giving crisis, for those looking to stay on top of the latest developments in the industry
  • Breakout sessions for those looking to update their digital fundraising: from Gaming for Good, to GoogleAdGrants and Advanced Social Media use
  • Breakout sessions on core fundraising specialisms: legacy fundraising, trust fundraising, email marketing and more
