About the Event
The Health and Care Professional Leadership Event on Tuesday 23 April 2024 is our latest in-person opportunity to come together as a network across the BSW system. The focus of this day will be on the role and effect that leadership has on learning – both the learning and development of individuals, but also on system learning.
These are sessions run by Integrated Care to help develop Health and Care Professional Leadership across the System. Nicola Hazle, one of the organisers, is looking for Third Sector to share some of the tools they are using for the learning and development within their teams, and if they would be willing to present/share/facilitate on the day.
In relation to individual learning we are hoping to have colleagues sharing about the role of Legacy Mentors and Professional Nurse Advocates in nursing. We will also be introducing colleagues to a new Scope For Growth tool…
