Health & Care Professional Leadership: the Big Conversation

This network being developed is aimed at leaders or senior staff who are involved in direct face to face interventions with patients/clients helping them with their physical or emotional health/wellbeing.

Health and Care Professional Leadership in the BSW system​

A full day event in person to share outputs from the previous sessions, reflect this back to the system, and spend some time together working through what excellent health and care professional leadership would look like across the system. What would we see, how would we know it was working well?​

An opportunity to develop a coproduced, prioritised action plan to get us there, starting with 2023/24, and for us all to contribute to the working directory of Health & Care Leaders across BSW.​
