Health and Care Professional Leadership in the BSW system​

A full day event in person to share outputs from the previous sessions, reflect this back to the system, and spend some time together working through what excellent health and care professional leadership would look like across the system. What would we see, how would we know it was working well?​

An opportunity to develop a coproduced, prioritised action plan to get us there, starting with 2023/24, and for us all to contribute to the working directory of Health & Care Leaders across BSW.​

This is an in-person event at the Civic in Trowbridge - further details will be provided to those who have confirmed their attendance via Eventbrite.

We will be exploring the themes that have come from the first two conversations to agree what good HCP leadership looks and an action plan for 2023/24 that will progress health and care professional leadership in BSW to benefit you, as HCP leaders, and the people we serve.
