Health & Care Professional Leadership: Virtual Conversation 1

This network being developed is aimed at leaders or senior staff who are involved in direct face to face interventions with patients/clients helping them with their physical or emotional health/wellbeing.

What is Health and Care Professional Leadership & System Leadership and what skillset is required to make it happen? What do we have in place already to develop our leaders of tomorrow and how can we diversify our leadership?​​

• System leadership, different skillsets compared to organisational leadership or traditional leadership
• Types of experience needed to develop system leadership skills.​
• How do we ensure these opportunities are equitable for all? ​
• Map what exists already in terms of leadership development opportunities ​
• Think through what would need to be in place to fill any gaps and support tomorrow’s leaders develop.​
• What do we have in place to support demographic diversity now, and what do we need to be more inclusive in the future?​

There are three events all bookable via Eventbrite. The first two virtual workshops (9th March and 16th March) have been designed sequentially to feed into the third face-to-face workshop which will be on Tuesday March 28th at The Civic, Trowbridge.
