About the Event
One of the key focus areas of the B&NES, Swindon & Wiltshire Integrated Care Board is hypertension, or high blood pressure. The ICB has asked 3SG to help distribute a small pot of funding to organisations that are holding one-off or regular events for local people, whereby as part of the regular activity, community pharmacists can attend to carry out free blood pressure checks. We will be looking at venues supporting people with Core 20 PLUS 5 priorities.
