We are thrilled to announce that 3SG is joining the nationwide celebration of National Inclusion Week 2024. This week is a significant opportunity for us to highlight the transformative power of inclusion within our communities, particularly within 3rd sector organisations and Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprises (VCSEs).
Inclusion is at the heart of this impact. When we embrace diversity and ensure that everyone has a voice, we unlock new perspectives, foster innovation, and strengthen our ability to serve the community effectively. Join us for an insightful Panel Discussion - 'Impact through Inclusion' as we reflect on our practices, share our successes, and commit to making inclusion a central part of our work.
We will discuss what 'Inclusion' looks like in our workplaces, why it is so important to address and finally how one can start their journey to a more inclusive organisation.
