Introduction to Systems Leadership

Systems leadership is designed to help in situations where you are not in charge, or where you don’t have positional power, levers to pull, or a large budget to wield.  It can help in getting messages across and in influencing other people, especially in hierarchies, where people don’t usually agree with you, in political environments, or where people are trying to bring traditional silos together and work in new ways.

3SG is part funding this training alongside Wiltshire and Swindon colleagues as a result of feedback to support our way of working together and how we choose to participate and engage, given the complexity of working in the new BSW ICS system.
