Quiet Leadership - seeing more of the unseen
You are invited to join us for some conversation, insights, and exploration of the concept of Quiet Leadership. How as leaders can we step back and see more of the whole, more of the system we are part of, and dial up those qualities that create the space for those we lead to flourish and thrive?
We will be in conversation with two Bath-based leaders inviting them to share some of their own experiences and insights around this idea - and how they draw on their own qualities to get the best from the people they lead in, perhaps, the less than obvious ways.
You will have the opportunity to engage in conversation with other participants to explore how you think about your own leadership skills and qualities, and what shifts you might make to lead more quietly.
