About the Event
We hold a monthly Leaders' Network meetings for our members, which we aim to alternate between in-person and online to accommodate for different individuals' preferences. This session will focus on Managing our Resourcefulness as Leaders.
Event Overview
This developmental, interactive session will be facilitated by Sarah Williment from Farleigh Performance – a purpose-led, performance consultancy, part of the Bath Rugby family. Sarah is also Programme Director for the Bath Future Talent Programme – a leadership development programme run by Bath Bridge (CIC) on behalf of the city.
This session will offer us the opportunity to explore what being our best selves looks and feels like together with some insights and tools around how we manage our resourcefulness (our emotional state) more effectively as leaders.
