About the Event
We hold a regular Leaders' Network meetings for our members, which we aim to alternate between in-person and online to accommodate for different individuals' preferences. Each session will have a theme and guest speaker.
Using Good Research Practice to Support the Third Sector
Ian Nockolds is a Certified Member of the Market Research Society with over 20 years of experience of working with organisations in the Public, Private and Third Sector. In this session, Ian will reflect on his experience of supporting Third Sector organisations with a variety of projects including; supporter surveys, opinion polls and project evaluation, highlighting how effective planning can improve the output without the need to bring in additional resources. Participants will be given a framework around which they can design and deliver their own projects, from planning and design to fieldwork and reporting.
Leaders take many forms in the third sector, from CEOs to Trustees and Volunteers generously giving their time, so please do come along or check out our other networks!
The core aim of our Leaders' Network is to:
· Make new contacts and build your network
· Get peer support and advice
· Gain knowledge about what’s happening in other organisations
· Identify shared areas of interest and maybe even opportunities to collaborate
