Leaders' Network: Navigating the Cost of Living Crisis

This session will focus on Navigating your organisation through the cost of living crisis and will be delivered by Mike Zywina of Lime Green Consulting.

Lime Green Consulting help charities and social enterprises to be more strategic, become more sustainable and access more funding. They're currently helping a wide range of organisations to chart their way through uncertain times, including by facilitating strategic planning workshops, developing new income generation strategies and writing successful funding bids. Mike and the Lime Green team have also delivered a number of popular fundraising training courses for 3SG members over the past couple of years.

In this session, Mike will be focusing on three areas: budgeting, maximising income from grants and donations, and supporting your team of staff/volunteers through the crisis. The session will include a detailed presentation, time for questions and an opportunity to discuss how your organisation can put things into practice.

About the network

We hold a monthly Leaders' Network meetings for our members, which we aim to alternate between in-person and online to accommodate for different individuals' preferences. We often bring speakers and focus on a particular theme for the network meetings.

Senior Leaders take many forms in the third sector, from CEOs to Trustees and Volunteers generously giving their time, so please do come along or check out our other networks!

·        Get peer support and advice

·        Gain knowledge about what’s happening in other organisations

·        Identify shared areas of interest and maybe even opportunities to collaborate
