About the Event
This is a webinar for leaders who want to lead positive change.
It will discuss how leaders can involve the organisation's people in change, rather than try to change people against their will. We will look at a simple model for Exploring change, Envisioning the organisation's future, creating Engagement and then Executing the plan.
The webinar will draw on cases examples from industry and public sector consulting projects and years of failing fast and adapting to succeed.
Bio - Mark Wilcox MBA, MSc, BSc, FCIPD, MBPsS
Mark is the driving force behind the niche business that is Change Capability Consulting Ltd. He works with leading organisations on developing a clear line of sight between the strategic goals of the business and the people activities the organisation pursues. Over the first 25 years of his career he worked in various HR roles with Sony and Nestle. Educated with the Open University, where he gained a BSc in Psychology, Mark extended his insight into people and teams with an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London. Having applied his specialist learning in many fields of HR Mark went on to complete an MBA with Distinction from the Bradford School of Management. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a member of the British Psychological Society. He co authored, with Jonas Ridderstrale, Re Energizing the Corporation, How leaders make change happen, which was published by Jossey Bass in Feb 2008. It is now available in 14 languages.
