About the Event

Join National Energy Action, the national fuel poverty charity, to discover how to best support your service users and build resilience within your local communities to tackle fuel poverty this winter.

This will be an informative Lunch and Learn session in which National Energy Action will be sharing tips, advice and information that can be incorporated into your organisation's practices and front-line work, and equip you with the knowledge to better assist clients struggling with fuel bills to keep warm in their homes.

National Energy Action offer telephone energy advice, issue fuel vouchers and help to resolve issues with energy suppliers or bills and have resources you may find useful for your clients accessible online. They also offer accredited training in different aspects of energy advice, some of which has funded places available. Their Energy Advisers are also able to offer speaking directly with a group of your organisation's clients via a talk or presentation.

Our Lunch & Learn series aims to help facilitate the sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices across the local Third Sector. We believe that by sharing this information, we can all make a greater positive impact in our local communities. We hope that by attending these sessions, you will learn new things, get inspired, and connect with like-minded individuals locally. We also encourage you to share your own knowledge and experiences during the session, as we'll have at least 15 minutes for Q&A. Please feel free to have your lunch or grab a cuppa for this informal session.

If you have any accessibility requirements, please email: contact@3sg.org.uk
