In this course we’ll:explore how to use compelling copy in volunteer role descriptions and promotional resources share top tips for advertising and promoting volunteer opportunities help you develop an action plan for improving recruitment in your volunteering programmes.

In response to your feedback, we have expanded this course into a comprehensive full-day session, with additional practical exercises for an enhanced learning experience. This course will develop your skills and help you use a marketing approach to recruit volunteers.

WHO DELIVERS THE TRAINING? Helen Tourle delivers this course.Helen leads NCVO's volunteering consultancy work. She’s experienced in supporting and developing volunteering programmes for charities of all sizes.

HOW WILL IT BE DELIVERED? This training will take place on Zoom. We’ll send out the Zoom link with the joining instructions before the session.The training will run from 10.00 until 15.00 with short breaks.

PRICING

Our pricing structure is based on your organisation’s gross annual income. NCVO members also receive a 30% discount on training prices. Prices start at £63 for small NCVO members.
