About the Event

Come along to a lunchtime session hosted by the CIoF Central South Region with Caroline Dewfall, Fundraising Consultant and qualified Coach, to explore how to:-

- Develop a growth mindset and use self-coaching tools to deal with the challenges presented by the current fundraising environment

- Focus on your own personal development, to be the best you can be whilst effectively managing your workload and your wellbeing

- How to improve your resilience so you can feel positive about new challenges, change or opportunities outside of your comfort zone.

This is a lively and engaging session, with opportunities to interact with other fundraisers, and ask questions of Caroline and each other. The main session is 12.00-13.00, but there will be an additional 30 mins for networking and questions until 13.30

Caroline has over 25 years of experience in fundraising including in leadership roles and as a consultant for the past 12 years. She has worked with many small-medium sized charities and worked at Cancer Research UK for five years. Caroline is also a qualified coach and works with individuals in charities to help them to be the best they can be - including working on performance, confidence and leadership skills. She is accredited to use the DISC profiling tool to help teams to understand each other better and work more effectively together. She lives in Ringwood, Hampshire.

We look forward to seeing you there!
