Senior Leaders' Network

For this month's Senior Leaders' Network, we will be joined by Renee Jacobs, Founder of B in Bath, who will be delivering an interactive session focussing on the theme of Building Inclusive Workplaces. It will be taking place in-person at the Thoughtful Bakery Cafe* in Bath City Centre. A cold buffet and a hot side dish will be provided along with tea, coffee and soft drinks.

During the session, Renee will give us a whistle-stop-tour on the concept of belonging, covering:

• Introduction to belonging: what is belonging, why it matters
• Interactive discussion: common barriers to belonging and how to overcome them

Attendees will get an understanding of belonging, and how they can embed inclusion and belonging within their organisations. They will take away some actions and ideas they can try immediately, and discuss with their colleagues.

We hold a monthly Senior Leaders Network for our members, which we aim to alternate between in-person and online to accommodate for different individuals' preferences. Senior Leaders take many forms in the third sector, from CEOs to Trustees and Volunteers generously giving their time, so please do come along or check out our other networks!

The core aim of our Senior Leaders Network is to:

·        Make new contacts and build your network

·        Get peer support and advice

·        Gain knowledge about what’s happening in other organisations

·        Identify shared areas of interest and maybe even opportunities to collaborate
