About the Event
A networking and taster opportunity to connect health services and nature based social prescribing in the Somer Valley and build strong referral networks. The morning will consist of talks and opportunities to experience a range of activities on offer.
The event will consist of an introduction to the Somer Valley Rediscovered & other partner organisations, the opportunity to meet activity providers, a roundtable discussion and the chance to join a free wellbeing taster sessions. Taster sessions will be covering a wide range of activities that patients can be reffered into. These include, Nature, Craft, Connection, Tai Chi, Little Lost Robot's MEN(D) and M/Others and more to come!
Schedule:
9:15 - Refreshments and an opportunity to speak with stall holders
9:30 - Presentations and Case Studies from EcoWild, Somer Valley Rediscovered and the Active Way
10:30 - Introduce nature-based providers, signing up for a taster and an opportunity for networking
