The Inclusion Exchange: "Unheard women - Why intersectionality Matters

For our sixth Inclusion Exchange, we’ll be marking Women's History Month by discussing some of the employment trends for women with intersectional backgrounds, and finding out why it's important to have a good understanding of the different experiences of women when developing an EDI workforce strategy.

On the agenda:

• Hear from Sanisha Wynter, Tedx Speaker and D&I Consultant about her experience as a Black cis woman who lives and thrives with borderline personality disorder and depression.

• What intersectionality means and how we can use data to identify and translate common experiences

• What leaders and managers can do to support women from intersectional backgrounds

• Practical tips and takeaways for people that are trying to make changes in their workplace.
