Trustees’ Week: Navigating Board Challenges with Resolution Space

As part of Trustees’ Week, 3SG is delighted to partner with Resolution Space to host a practical session focused on supporting trustees in navigating challenging boards and resolving conflicts effectively. 

Trustees and board members often face difficult dynamics that can impact decision-making, team cohesion, and overall organisational effectiveness. This session will provide guidance, tools, and strategies for addressing these situations constructively, helping boards to work collaboratively and maintain a healthy governance culture.

The session is designed for both current and prospective trustees, as well as charity staff who work closely with boards. Participants will have the opportunity to explore common sources of tension, consider approaches to conflict resolution, and engage in interactive breakout room exercises to practice applying these strategies in real-world scenarios.

This event is free for anyone working/volunteering for a 3SG Member organisation. Non-members are welcome to join for a ticket fee of £10.
