As we find ourselves in yet another hugely uncertain period of time in our lives, changes in government, both here and overseas, ongoing wars, cost of living rises, and climate change, to name but a few, we find ourselves as leaders having to navigate increasingly complex challenges.  How do we lead  and set clear direction, when all around us is unclear and ever more uncertain? How can we show up as leaders and navigate this complexity while creating the conditions for those we lead to perform at their best?
