Visitor Visas for Organisations in the Charity Sector

The Visitor visa immigration route will be the focus of this webinar. We will consider the activities individuals can and cannot undertake for charitable organisations whilst in the UK as a Visitor. Consideration will also be given to failure to comply with the terms of a Visitor visa and how this can result in an individual being penalised by the UKVI, as well as impact any associated charitable organisations.
