Women’s Conference: Unlocking Invisible Talent will shine a light on how adapting the culture & policy within an organisation has the potential to attract new talent from where you may least expect it, explore missed opportunities when hiring key roles as well as questioning and discussing how accessible and inclusive an organisation is. 

This is more than ticking a box, this is about change and being part of a leading conversation and gaining pledges from our attendees. We invite you to be brave enough to do things a little differently too.

This is an inaugural event on Tuesday 1st March 2022. Hosted by the Women's Work Lab and sponsored by Sovereign Housing Association, the conference will take place virtually between 09:30am - 12:30pm.
