This webinar, in the lead up to Trustees Week 2022, will guide you through the process of writing and amending your governing document.
This session will cover:
- how to choose the governing document that’s right for you
- tips for writing your governing document, including your charitable purposes
- how to make changes to your governing document and when you need to ask for permission.
There will also be an opportunity for a question and answer session. This session is part of a series of webinars that NCVO is running in partnership with Withers LLP:
