This session will take place online via Zoom.

This webinar, in the lead up to Trustees Week 2022, will guide you through the process of writing and amending your governing document.

This session will cover:

  • how to choose the governing document that’s right for you
  • tips for writing your governing document, including your charitable purposes
  • how to make changes to your governing document and when you need to ask for permission.

There will also be an opportunity for a question and answer session. This session is part of a series of webinars that NCVO is running in partnership with Withers LLP:
